Jura Elements - Air 46% 779 bottles 1993 vintage 2008 festival bottling 15yo.

Nose: Light, salty, nuts, orange, cloves, sherry, dry, hint of vanilla, nail varnish remover, chocolate

Palate: bitter, dry, oaky, orange, a bit spicy, currents, fruit cake,

Finish: spicy, wet musty oak, nuts and nuts

Not a huge fan of this expression, its a bit too dry and oaky for me.

N: Lemon zest and salt air. Briney even.
P: Very salty. The initial blast of lime cordial is quickly overwhelmed by the salt and spice.
F: Sweetness, salt and spice interplay delightfully. Not long but very pleasant.
C: I've tried this several times now and sometimes I've not been impressed, but this time I am enjoying it. I agree with Rob that the wood influence is strong but I rather like it.
