I have some PMs from people wanting samples, which I hoped to send out today. Unfortunately, this rather nasty lurgy has derailed me and I now have to send them tomorrow.

There's no way I'm moving far from my bed today.
Sorry, but they will go out tomorrow.

Malty.

I just assumed it would go to the Arc Keith. If you want it elsewhere, then drop me a pm. I'll get the UK samples in the post tomorrow or Wednesday. The Euro ones are going by courier and will go on Wed I think.

So, today I will attempt to venture out of my bed. The lurgy is abating a little but I still feel completely lurgified and I have to get into the pub today.

I have checked my PMs and have requests & addresses for 3: Ras, John McGill & Bute. These will be sent out ASAP today.

I'll be tasting mine on Sunday too now as I'm away for most of the weekend.

Still need to post samples to C57 and Butephoto. Will be doing that tomorrow.

I once posted samples in Stornoway at 2pm on a Thursday and they arrived in Devon for breakfast the next morning. The route would have involved being driven from the post office to the sorting office - thence to Stornoway Airport - then flown to Inverness. In Inverness, it would have been taken to another sorting office. Presumably then back to Inverness Airport for a flight down to England. Heaven knows how it then ended up in Devon the next morning.

I sent out samples this morning. The woman at the post office assured me that priority mail should get to the Netherlands and Germany in 2 days so fingers crossed. It was significantly cheaper that the courier so I went with it as it seemed extravagant to pay £20 for one parcel with 3 samples in it. Priority mail was only £7-odds for that one.Anyway hopefully they will all be arriving over the next day or two.

Mine are also underway, hopefully they will get there on time, if not then sorry but this lurgy really derailed me this week.

I will also have difficulties on Saturday, so I'll join in on Sunday.

Everybody is coming by car which usually means they will leave before 1 am.
So, I'll be late.
