Tasting notes

Hi,

I have been working on a new tasting notes sheet to improve the old one that I have been using so far.

This is the long version of two sides sheet:

And this is a shorter one for just one side:

I have been trying them and I am quite happy, just a bit hard to change from scoring up to 25 to score from 0 to 10.

What do you think of them?
Do you use tasting note sheets?

Regards,
Miguel
