IB Cadenhead's 16yo 59.7% - Littlemill 1989-02.2006, 294 bottles
Tasted: 18/06/2009
Nose: Fresh paint, pears, steaming draff, slight toffee
Palate: A quick hit of fruit, but it becomes quickly sharp and stingy. A hint of toffee.
Finish: Long, drying, slight sour edge.
Comment: It probably doesn't sound that nice, but somehow this hangs together well enough. Pretty good I think.
