CROFTENGEA PEATED SINGLE MALT @ 45%
Cask # 283 Sherry finished hoggie
Dist:-26/1/96 - Bott:- 6/9/05
Bottle 281 of 380.


Nose- thick treacle,oils,peat dark, toffee,dark chocolate ,aged oranges,bonfire ashes,leather,oak hints.
Palate- heavy sherry and peaty hit oily with sugar/spice drops exploding on tongue.
Finish- peated treacle,spices and dry malty notes with a sweet sugary note then a drying licqourice finish.
strange strange whisky, like an oil change on a ford cortina in the middle of a peat bog. :?
