New Knappogue Castle release!

Postby Uisgehound » 16 Feb 2011, 06:26

The press release went out last week, apparently, of a new 16 year old named Twin Wood due to initial aging in bourbon casks for over 15 years and then 9 months finishing in sherry casks.

Sounds positively :yummy:
John Valuk is dead, he fell on his head. But perhaps John Parker will get through with our message to Buckaroo Banzai.

Looks good. I wonder if it's a Cooley or a Bushmills?

this just arrived in stores here...$74.99...I didn't buy one but I might have to....

*I'll edit: if anyone has tried this please comment. it's roughly the same price as Glendronach 15 and Suntory's Yamazaki 18, both of which are great sherried malts, IMO...
