N: new make feints, weird, vanilla, brine, aromatic fruit, juniper

T: new but rounded, malty, weird fruit (juniper berries), salt, bitter

F: creamy juniper, vanilla ice cream, apples

A very strange whisky. The barley is apparently part dried over juniper wood fires, and has matured in new American oak. This makes fora very strange set of flavours indeed - part new, part old; part smoke, part gin.
