1990-10/2010 Bourbon Barrel
Nose: Pear, apple, big vanilla and faint draff. Spirity and water only makes it more so.
Palate: Stewed apples, pear drops, butter tablet. A bit hot even with water.
Finish: Surprisingly dry and salty, like your tongue is baking on a hot sandy beach.
Comment: Some great notes in this but its a bit of a wild ride and a bit hot at times.
