Sample from Leither (thanks!) - Glencairn glass.

Colour is light gold, barley.

N: Typical bourbon cask. Lovely barley and porridge oats with honey. A little vanilla in the background as you would expect. Vanilla ice cream with a big wafer stuck in it.

M: An initial oily, barley slick coats the tongue and gums followed by honey and nuts.

F: Sweet honey and nuts with a little chocolate to follow. Oily and chewy. Tickles for a while before fading away.

What a wonderful dram. A classic bourbon cask if ever there was one.
