Nose: Soft and sweet. Icing and hints of marzipan. Some lemon, butter and mint. Gently grassy. Hints of peat. Sherried notes. Liquorice and a little chocolate. Perhaps very lightly smoky and vegetal?

Palate: Sweet and a little spicy. A little buttery. Lightly peated. Soft sherried notes. Citrus fruit (orange, lemon). Some liquorice and hints of cocoa powder and mint.

Finish: Liquorice, grass, citrus fruit, mint, a little peat and a few drying sherried notes.

This lacks the robustness that most St. Magdalenes I've experienced have displayed and is also much sweeter. Despite that, it's a good, well-balanced whisky that's very easy to drink, with just the finish letting it down a little through its shortness.
