N Spicy, rich sweet raisiny sherry notes with drier bourbony oak coming in behind. Orange, plenty vanilla, menthol, leather.Buttery.

T Nicely spiced, soft and buttery.Lovely brown sugar,a little mint, licorice, silky light smoke, chewy, good development

F Salty licorice ,brandy snaps, gets quite minty, vanilla.Juicy buttery and long.latee drier coffee notes

B Lovely old sherrywood nose.Excellent brown sugars and a buttery chewy feel. Good sweet/dry balance. The sherrywood is quite gnarly and medicinal. Perhaps a little too much mint but otherwise very enjoyable. One to nose for hours and sip slowly.
