Neat

Nose - Rich fruit cake, burnt oranges, marzipan, sweet, bitchumen

Palate - Sea brine, peppery, lemon, hot (in a nice way)

Finish - Endless


With water

Nose - Brine, sweet smoke, bitter lemon, marzipan

Palate - falls apart, still some smokiness ( i lost interest at this point)

Finish - short

Neat this is fantastic but do not add water. At first i thought i had put too much water in so i tried it with only a few drops but it was falling away again. I would definately buy this again as i have not had a Talisker as good as this.
