Rare Harry Clarke illustrations

Postby Pete Smoke » 12 May 2012, 13:29

Thought i'd post these up. A rare collection of illustrations by Irish book illustrator (and stained glass artist) Harry Clarke for Edgar Allan Poe's Tales of Mystery and Imagination released in 1923, the drawings actually date (i think) from 1919. Funnily, some of his most sought after work are promotional pamphlets for Jameson's whiskey. There are more links at the bottom of the page of this excellent website.
