A one-off melding, orchestrated by Colin Scott, of 100 single malts emanating from the various distilling regions of Scotland.
Colour: Very full gold tone.
Nose: The heady bouquet of Speyside honey deposits countless other treasures in due time.
Palate: An ingeniously controlled cascade of flavours. If you open up your senses, it is almost as though you can taste each and every constituent malt for a brief moment. The power of suggestion? I'm not so sure. But the effect is spellbinding nonetheless. Simply brilliant melding of regional characteristics, as well of youth and maturity, sweetness and dryness.
Comment: Was Mozart really Scottish?
