Thursday 17.5.12 fund raising tasting for St. Columba's Hospice £15, Kilderkin, Canongate, Royal Mile, Edinburgh

All funds will go towards the cost of the improvements at the hospice. The hospice is not funded via the taxpayer and relies on financing outwith the health service. The hospice allows people with incurable illnesses to spend their final time in comfort.

Hoebeg single Islay malt 40% - thanks to Robert Graham

North British 1980 60.3% - thanks to North British distillery

and a couple from the SMWS

As this tasting has been sold out there will be a second on Thursday 31st May. £15 at the Kilderkin. We have had donations of a second set of malts from those generous people at Edinburgh airport. Also Glenkinchie have given 2 tours and a bottle of 12yo while The Whisky Experience have gift two family tickets, keep it coming folks: thanks for the support.
