London and Edinburgh; independent bottlings under the Dormant Distillery label, excellent selection in stores and on web.
The Whisky Exchange
London; independent bottlings under the Single Malts of Scotland label, excellent selection in stores and on web.
Cadenhead's Whisky Shop
UK stores in London, Edinburgh and Campbelltown. Also overseas in the Netherlands, Germany (2 stores), Denmark, Switzerland and Poland. Mainly an independent bottler, they have a quite stunning selection of their own whiskies with lots of gems that can't be found elsewhere. Other whiskies are sold in the shops too, but they are not the main attraction I think.

Multiple outlets in Inverness, Fort William, Oban, Callander, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Gateshead, York, Norwich, Oxford, Lakeside Essex, and London; independent bottlings under the Glenkeir Treasures label, excellent selection in stores and on web.
Drambusters
Stores are T. B. Watson in Dumfries and Spirit of Galloway in Castle Douglas; small number of independent bottlings under the Drambusters label, excellent selection in stores and on web.
The Wine Shop
Leek and Congleton; Independent bottlings under the Queen of the Moorlands label. Excellent online selection.
World of Whiskies Travel retailer that would be the first choice for many whisky shoppers if it wasn't necessary to be flying to get access to the shop.

Single Malts Direct
Huntly; independent bottlings under the Single Malts Direct label, don't know about store, but excellent web selection.

Constantine, Falmouth, Cornwall; don't know about store, but excellent web selection
Cornerwise
Keswick; Store said to be small but well stocked. Worth checking the monthly top ten specials on website, otherwise phone.
Parker's Whisky
Banff; excellent selection in store and on web.
Wright's Whisky
Skipton, North Yorkshire; don't know about store, but excellent web selection.
Milroy's of Soho
London; small number of independent bottlings under the Milroy's label, & shop with nice website

Thurso, run from local shop J. A. Mackay. Pretty good selection and generally very competitively priced.

Blackpool based online shop. Loads of interesting bottles.
The Green Welly Stop
Tyndrum; big roadside cafe business with well stocked whisky shop and website.
