The "old" Swedish distillery. It was founded in 1999 and is now expanding. Producing a malt whisky swedish style. The "peaty" versions is smoky due to the usage of juniper wood and bog moss (the latter is a peat variant I would say)

2. Spirit of Hven
Located on a tiny island in Øresund, near Copenhagen, Denmark. The island used to host Tycho Brahe's Observatorium.
The stills ran first on 7th may 2008.

3. Smögen
Pär Caldenby's distillery just north of Gothenburg. He is a regular contributor on Bladnoch and SoI forum. The first cask was filled on 20th August 2010.
Smögen is producing a peated Islay style whisky.
