Yep, as I always think: "an open bottle of sb100 and a second for a quick backup!", hehehe

too good to stay without it, even if you wouldn't drink it often!

Recently emptied a TWE (SMoS) Glen Ord, 1990 18yo - very tasty
And at last the Auchentoshan 3 Woods - hard going but at last it's gone

Got a newly opened 3 Woods on the go and am really enjoying it. Not hugely complex but find it very easy drinking.

IIRC I liked it at first. Maybe it degraded over time (not something I notice too often and I therefore don't hurry to finish malts as a rule). But it was pretty awful at the end.

There's the 20cl Cadenhead's Glen Grant (14yo, 56.2%) gone. Didn't take long.

Finished a 15yr OB Aberlour and i have been very impressed with it for the price. For the extra outlay it is much better than the 10yr with a much improved flavour profile.
Look i only drink whisky now and again, honestly just the odd one for me.

Duthies Royal Lochnagar 10. Didn't enjoy this particularly much though it did get better as the bottle emptied. Replaced by Springbank 15 ..... Different league altogether.
