Whisky Whisky Whisky Award Winners 2009

Postby butephoto » 01 Jan 2010, 13:23

I had a sneaky feeling this might win - the winner is Arran Peacock!

Congrats to all at Arran!

Joint second was Black Bull 30yo and the Caol Ila 29yo Bladnoch Forum bottling.

Congrats to Duncan Taylor and Bladnoch!

The Peacock won with flying colours...

Been eyeballing the Blackbull...saw it for the first time about a month ago while checking out Royalmile.

If it's THAT good, I might have to grab one and see what the fuss is all about! ;)

Not sure, but I certainly can't get it here in Germany.

I'll have to try these now. How were they selected?

Also, I think I have a few different Bladnoch Caol Ila 29s - which one was it?

I've just realised from my post on the Bladnoch forum that there's more than one Caol Ila. Oh, well...
