Nose: Malt and a bouquet of flowers. Slightly musty with a touch of bung cloth.
Palate: A big malty hit then malt, malt and some brown sugar. Tiny metallic hint. Bourbonish texture.
Finish: Shortish but very sweet. Drying with a little sting.
Comment: Called Hammerhead, because they use a hammer mill on the malt, this stuff is very drinkable, although not that well balanced.
