Here's what I've got on Benromach 10:
Peated at 12 ppm phenol, 80 percent of this whisky is matured in bourbon barrels, 20 percent in sherry casks, and then it’s finished for a year in Oloroso sherry casks.
Bourbon is a proper noun when its somebody's last name or that Kentucky county, although I'm sure the nice folks in that county and state would disagree.
I wasn't born here, but I got here as quickly as I could.
