1998-2010, 326 bottles

Nose: Oranges, honey and golden syrup. Slightly metallic. Water brings cereal notes to the fore, but leaves an orange sherbetty background.
Palate: Honeyed boiled fruit sweets with harsh salty spikes. Water turns it into orange barley water.
Finish: Sweet, hot, acidic and salty. With water it becomes a lovely sweet fizzy thing. Really nice.
Comment: At full strength this is a bit Jeckyl and Hyde: great points and harsh notes. Water changes it mostly for the good but it does lose some of the highs.

It is better to have drunk it all than never to have drunk at all.
