Heading Back to Abhainn Dearg

I'm driving up to Ullapool today to get the ferry to Lewis for the launch of the 3yo Abhainn Dearg tomorrow. Looking forward to returning to the distillery to celebrate reaching this milestone. Words and pictures after the weekend :D

I am very jeleous, I hope you have a great time! I was lucky enough to be there last month and got to sample some 35 month old spirit :)

No Mod for me. Ferry and drive back on Saturday instead.

The whisky was really good for its age. Purely from bourbon casks unlike most of the other stuff I'd tried until now it was a lot more delicate. I had to try it at least four or five times to make sure...
