San Cristobal (Ashton) Sun Grown Torp with Corner Creek. The bourbon almost ruined the smoke...

We had a little business-related celebration last night so my cigar of choice was an El Rey Del Mundo Choix de l'Epoque. Excellent cigar. Very smooth.

Looks very nice! Those clear tubes, I assume they are humidifiers?

Had Oliva serie V Double Robusto, great spiciness and smoothness, very enjoyable and tight enough and what a price for cigar as good as this! HP 18 was so smooth with this cigar.

Still got Serie V Belicoso waiting to be smoked :yummy:

yes, they are Drymistat humidifiers. they've got some sort of gel in them that you just top up with water when the gel level drops below a certain level. the Adorini humidor came with its own humidifier but these are less hassle and do a great job.
it was all half price as well :D

tried a partags D4 last night and wasn't too impressed after the reviews they seem to receive.

Montecristo No.5 with black coffee yesterday, Partagas petit corona especiale with a Sierra Nevada pale ale today. The Partagas is a big smoke for mid afternoon :D

I'm usually an infrequent cigar smoker but I just found my local cigar shop and am on a little kick as a result...

I said goodbye to a shitty week with a Cuaba Divinos and a dram of Nadurra 1210M. Deceptively easy smoking cigar for something I found to be pretty intoxicating. I was also surprised that for a small vitola it was a pretty long smoke. All good!

Oliva Serie V Maduro Especial 2011 with some Nikka WTFB and an Estonian beer I can't recall the name of at the moment. Nice cigar! Had an interesting note that kept coming and going that reminded me of Chinese takeaway...

CAO La Traviata

Mushroomy, earthy and vanilla. Really liked this cigar and wasn't expensive!

I don't smoke cigars a lot, but I had a very dark Rocky Patel Olde World of some sort. It was my favorite cigar to date, though. I bought a bunch for my Dad for Father's Day. Naturally, I promptly forgot what it was.

Nub 460 Maduro.

Don't know if I happened to get just amazingly good cigar from the range or was it because of the cutting or lighting, but this was heavenly good!

Arrival was sweet and soft and after that the kick came in at the end. Smoke was fresh like menthol (actually had same cooling and stingy feel to it), earthy, apricot sweets, woody, polished leather, fullness of creme fraiche, rubbery.

Towards the end it was bit cherries, dark chocolate, beefy and coriander.

Absolutely fantastic!

I think I just got some extraordinarily great cigar, so complex this was.

I like the Maduro and the Habano from the NUB range. The others are decent but these are the ones to buy IMHO. Don't like the format (60RG) but the flavours are awesome!

I agree with the 60 RG and the short length, one of the reasons why I haven't tried them untill now. I'm very glad I did try out this maduro, definetly going to buy some in the future as well.
