Nose: Rather like rich tea biscuits with malt extract, some fruity notes in there too.

Palate: Vanilla custard is the first hit, followed by some of the fruit - tinned peaches? Nice smooth mouthfeel

Finish: Becomes quite drying and astringent. Not as smooth as the palate

Overall: A nice start to the evening
