Old Pulteney 15yo Sherry Wood

Postby JohnnyV » 10 Jan 2012, 03:11

I was in germany a while ago and I happened to visit a local spirits shop. A weird looking bottle of Old Pulteney caught my attention, namely a 15 year old Sherry Wood. The price tag was around £180.

Is this a bottle worth picking up and has anyone tasted it knowing whether or not it's good?

I had sister cask 927. The sherry was overpowering, to me, and masked all the Pulteney character.
