Refill Sherry Hogshead
Nose : Slightly youthful and lightly smoky with lemon butter pastry and crushed refreshers, sewing machine oil and drilled steel.
Taste : Lemon fizzers, lemon toffee, barley water and pastry again.
Finish : Chewy and delicious. A big spice kick, but it's very nice.
Comment : Interesting nose and a pleasant finish. Not a very active cask.
