Colour: Pale gold - gold.

Nose: An old sophisticated nose - gentle wood and soft, damp warehouse floors. Floral notes mingle with salt air. A hint of smoke and a touch vegetal after a while.

Palate: Creamy, malty, honey and soft wood spices. Lovely balance.

Finish: Salty and bitter on a long finish. A little bit vegetal and then dark chocolate.

Comments: This is just lovely. The nose is complex and the tasting is delicious. Shame I only had a little sample!
