04/04/1973-08/06/2011 sherry cask 2517, 442 bottles
Nose: Light and floral, butyric, malty biscuits in milk. Spirity and unattractive.
Palate: Sweet, gummy, harsh and sharp.
Finish: Sweet and sour, then a little sweet return.
Comment: I guess they knew few of these would get opened. Scraping the bottom of the barrel in more ways than one.
