This may be moved to another thread as it is kind of a 'technical' question:
Is there any way I could download one of Ralfy's Youtube videos and watch it offline, i.e stored on a hard drive? Maybe a type of program I could use?

Yes. You are looking for ripping software. Do some google fu and look for something that will record the stream. Generally something that records the .flv stream from youtube - you'll then probably need vlc or equivalent to watch it.
