Nose: Buttered lemons, oranges, floral, but not too sweet.
Palate: Very floral on the palate, gentle sherbet, mint and boiled lemon sweets with a hint of barley sugar
Finish: Gentle spices, but not too much oak. A little peppery at the end.
Comment: I miss Dallas Dhu
