Glenlossie 1976 27yo Gask & Thistle 46% 174 bottles, bottled 11/03.

Nose: Ah there's that deep grassy malt that I love so much. It's just so amazingly consistent with the mown lawn on a cool evening. There's rice pudding, poached pears and creme caramel too.
Palate: Mmm vanilla, coconut and malt extract. Sweet, but not sickly. Yummy.
Finish: Very peppery, with a little chilli and a lot of cinammon. Drying, but very long and great fun.
Comment: I love this distillery and this is a fine example.
