Colour: Darkish Amber

Nose: Raisins soaked in sherry, cola that's lost its fizz, a slight woodiness and some damp earth. A little burnt sugar too.

Mouth: Syrupy, treacle toffee at first and then a bitterness. Coffee liqueur.

Finish: Dry and a bit short, but then bitter, burnt sugar and black coffee which goes on and on in a rather unpleasant way.

Comments: Nice dram at first but ultimately too bitter and sweet. Maybe too woody.
