There haven't been too many competitions lately, but I expect the usual few when it gets nearer to Father's Day.

I too, have won a place at this Glenfiddich tasting/dinner. This is the 2nd prize I've won in a couple of months, after winning the Balblair 1989 just before Xmas - I must be on a roll! :D

Indeed, I came into work this morning and the e-mail winning invitation was in my 'junk' folder! Whisky spam indeed - we partner up with Glenfiddich with much promotion work (ahem! ).

Initially, I thought there must have been some mistake when NB won and I didn't - my first reaction was 'they must let any old riff-raff in these days'.

Anyway, I'll try hard to shake off some of my Shrek-habits by then so I can sit at Nick's table, looks a bit posh

And yet more Glencairn glasses to be won:

This thread is making me consider offering some kind of prize myself.
Perhaps glassware, perhaps something else.

But I like the idea of offering something for forum members.

I'll let you know what I come up with, but any ideas are also welcome.

I got the postcard this morning too! Which makes a change as these postcards usually seem to get lost en route to butephoto towers.
