Indeedy. We were all sitting in the cars outside Parkhead listening to this game finish and then suddenly all the cars emptied at once with cheers and smiles and we went into the stadium

Although, Celtic weren't much better. Struggled to get the win over Caley Thistle. Maybe a Euro hangover?

I hope Hearts can finish second this year.

And well done to the Dons, of course!

When's he getting sacked then?

Twickers results on Sat....

Well, to be honest the scoreline flattered the ABs, if only Eng had kept their discipline with no cards they could have had them, having said that Carter sclaffed a few kicks. Given the lack of discipline, especially at the breakdown, I can imaging the b0ll0cking big Jonno gave them at the end. Total respect to the England team for not doing anything to dis-respect the Haka, however boo-hiss to the crowd for singing Swing Low.

Well done to the Taffs for beating Aus.

I'm looking forward to the 6 nations in Feb, should be really open, and I hope to be at a few of the games, home and away.

Mark you are not wrong. Although Everton are our bogey team at the moment. I think thats 3 years in a row that they have beat us at home.

Like you Leither I'm looking forward to the 6 nations. I reckon Wales or France are prpobaly favourites to win it. England are not looking good at all.

My regular customers are more rugby than football oriented and the issue of the 6 Nations was a big discussion on Saturday. Most agreed that it would be much closer than in some previous years with Wales or possibly, France, winning in the end.

I Just love when the Snal get beat. Wenger is chewing a wasp again. Well done Burnley first Semi Final since 1962 when they went on to lose to the Mighty Spurs in the final.

Well done to Derby as well beating Stoke in the coldest ground in England.

Well done to Liverpool, it looks like you have a real chance to contend for the title this year, although the others are hot on your heels.

Well done also to Amir Khan on a good, solid come-back victory.
Froch also won his fight and is now a world champion and in that super-circus offering, well done to Pacquiao who demolished De La Hoya. Maybe it's time for him to quit after this 'empty' defeat.

FT Leith 2 - Glasgow (green-half) 0

I live about 400 metres away (as the crow flies) from Easter Road and at my back door heard the 2 roars after the ball 'rustled the hoops onion bag'.

I can now hear the Leith fans singing that they're 'Walking in a Boruc Blunderland', to the tune of the popular yuletime ditty.

Ah well, as most of my family are staunch Rangers fans it keeps them happy.

Meanwhile, I'm now in my very own Sky Sports Heineken Cup Wonderland, having watched about 6 games of rugby in the past 24 hours :iwbrnt:

Leither, consider yourself lucky as it's hard for me to get my rugby fix over here in the US!

In other news, Phil Jagielka seems to have gifted Villa a victory today. Did anyone else see that?! My man Brad Friedel has had a few good saves.

And as I write this, Lescott pounces again to save Everton. :o

And then Ashley Young wins it for Villa! Oh my! Fantastic finish to this one!

Latics only managed a draw against ten-men Brighton, the dozy buggers.

Oh well, it's still a point and thanks to Leeds doing us another favour it keeps us inside the playoffs.

Les, I reckon Burnley will be delighted to have drawn your guys. So far they have knocked out Fulham, Chelsea and Arsenal.

Burnley made a huge thing of the Arsenal game, describing it as 'Capital Punishment III' to drum up ticket sales. I reckon it's their dream to draw the last remaining London club. Right now they're sitting reasonably pretty in the championship. Thanks to you Les, I always now keep an eye out for the Spurs result. I wouldn't put any money on this game though!

Martin it's Harry time. The magic is still there. West Ham 0 Spurs 2. up to 15th after being 6 points adrift of the rest.

As for the league cup. Arsenal and Chelsea don't really have it as a priority. For Spurs it could be the only chance of silverware again this season. They will definetly be going full throttle against Burnley and as such should get past them.
