I too am very sorry to hear of your sad news, Nick (hope you don't mind me using your name as I'm a relative newcomer). I have 4 cats and they really do become part of your family.
I must remember to forget....

I don't doubt it, but you must have a very skilled hairdresser to make it look so synthetic.

Absolutely, the synthetic look is what it's all about! I'm heartened that someone here understands so well. Where do you get yours done?

In case you think my hedgehogs are pink elephants (my post in where I like to drink), here are 3 photos of Steve and Phil having an argument and poised for a fight in my garden - the noises they were making were quite astonishing, lots of grunts and snuffles (I see this sort of behaviour in bars sometimes):

Pertaining to what? ... piranhas? the Loch Ness monster? ....

My guess is that it's a Monty Python allusion. So yes, Piranha's it is.

Maybe not when he was painting. Now that's all you see on the 3 main Muskoka lakes (Rosseau, Joseph, Muskoka) - most of the quaint cottages have been replaced by monster mansions. Note the boathouse ... it's bigger than most single family homes - including mine! :-o

I have for many years wanted to visit cottage country...it looks like I'm thirty years too late. It's really a terrible shame that you tax-loving socialist Canuckistanis have so effectively squelched the accumulation of individual wealth.
